Joseph Ohayon is the founder and managing director of OTCFin, directing business development activities and acting as an engagement manager on several projects. Mr. Ohayon has extensive experience in sales and trading and portfolio management technology working over 20 years in domestic and international capital markets. He is actively engaged in the design and development of the OTCFin risk and portfolio management products for traditional and alternative asset managers. Mr. Ohayon has written articles, performed product and company evaluations, and has been a guest speaker at numerous technology conferences. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Ecole Superieure d’Electricite in France, and an MBA in Finance from the Sloan School of Management, MIT.
Ee Wah Lim oversees development of OTCFin’s PATOne platform, as well as the Managed Service team who provide data management and risk and regulatory reporting services using PATOne. She has worked directly with traditional and alternative asset managers in the past 15 years to successfully implement and rollout solutions enabling them to automate, scale and enhance their portfolio and risk management processes to achieve greater transparency and efficiencies for the business. She has expertise with all phases of system development and actively contributes to the specification and design of critical modules in the platform and on-boarding of new regulatory reports. Ms. Lim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Information Systems, with concentration in Operations Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
With over 15 years of development and database experience, Oliver Garcia is OTCFin’s Head of Software Development and database architect. His vast expertise in handling multi-asset class securities is key in his role of designing and implementing data models that provide full coverage for sophisticated asset managers with diverse holdings and reporting requirements. Mr. Garcia is also actively involved in Integration with data providers and systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, The Yield Book, POINT, Murex, Burgiss and eFront. As a consultant, he has vast experience in building and over-seeing large-scale daily production data cycles for securities, positions and analytics in excess of US $800 bn. Mr. Garcia is an Oracle certified professional and holds a BS in Computer Science from Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an MS in IT Project Management from UOC.
Diego Tornini plays a key role in defining and implementing risk methodologies. Mr. Tornini has over 15 years of experience in designing and building investment management solutions with a strong focus in pricing fixed income and derivatives instruments. He has worked directly with traders to build specialized trading tools as well as with senior management to successfully implement enterprise-wide risk management systems, including integration with pricing and risk systems such as The Yield Book, POINT, Murex, Barra, RiskMetrics and Moody’s Analytics. Mr. Tornini has BS degrees in both Computer Science and Finance from EAE, Barcelona, as well as a post-graduate degree from IESE Business School. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
Filippo Viero has been working in Sales and Marketing for over 35 years. He started his career in 1982 as a TV news journalist for the Italian Mediaset Group. After a few years in Paris working in the Communication and External Relations Department in the fashion industry, Mr. Viero joined Soved, a major Italian construction company as their Sales and Marketing Director where he stayed for nearly 30 years. In 2014, Mr. Viero joined OTCFin Barcelona with a keen interest to explore exciting opportunities in the financial technology industry. Mr. Viero is an avid traveler and he speaks 7 languages.
